Accordingly, all customer information provided to diligoHR is considered confidential and is not used for purposes outside of business transactions. diligoHR does not share customer information with third parties without the customer's consent.

SALES POLICY

diligoHR is a software company selling software and related items to businesses and the general public. Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars, and the Total Order Price will include the price of the products plus any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges, when applicable. Please review your order carefully before submitting it for processing. diligoHR reserves the right to change ordering process for its products at any time.

Recurring billing is effective at the beginning of every month. Bills are due 30 days from date of invoice. Late fees may apply. diligoHR may interrupt service in the event accounts are not paid in a timely fashion.

DELIVERY POLICY

- diligoHR will ensure active accounts are reasonably available to its customers. Accounts may be taken down temporarily for maintenance, for the addition of features or enhancements to the site, or for other general purposes as diligoHR sees fit. As a courtesy, diligoHR may inform customers of outages should they occur during business hours.

- Information stored within the accounts remains the property of diligoHR but will be provided to customers within a reasonable time on the customer's request.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no returns, refunds or exchanges on delivered products. Defective product or product orders filled in error by diligoHR will be reissued or refunded at the discretion of diligoHR.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable law of Canada.
